One Caseworker app for iPhone and iPad

The Capita One Caseworker app gives you the information you need during case meetings or assessments, so that the right interventions can be put in place.

One Caseworker is designed to improve efficiency, providing a simple filtering process so that you can focus clearly on current cases. A simple ‘pinning’ system allows you to identify those cases you would like to view. Appropriate information is then easily available to the caseworker on the tablet device including address and contact information and an overview of the Chronology.

The app is an invaluable meeting tool allowing caseworkers to write case notes, even when offline, which can then automatically upload when an internet connection becomes available. This replaces the time consuming task of writing notes and having to transcribe them, and ensures that information is available to other local authority colleagues, even if the caseworker has not returned to the office.

NOTE: The Capita One Caseworker app only works in conjunction with the Children’s Support Services (CSS), Children’s Social Care (CSC), Special Education Needs (SEN) or Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) solutions. The minimum client version for One Caseworker is v.3.54.214.

If you do not have these prerequisites, please do not install the app as it is inoperable without the respective server.
